Full payment for the trip is required prior to departure. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

Valid government-issued identification is mandatory for boarding. Passengers without valid identification will not be permitted to travel.

All bookings are non-transferable. Travel is strictly limited to the individuals listed at the time of booking confirmation.

For international travel, passports must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended travel date and remain undamaged. GoforTour bears no responsibility for complications arising from invalid or expired passports. Any costs associated with denied entry or alternate arrangements are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

No refunds will be provided for any services or inclusions not utilized by the traveler.

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. GoforTour assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items during the tour.

All travelers must adhere to the fixed departure schedule. It is the traveler's responsibility to update their status with trip coordinators and arrive at the designated pickup point at least 30 minutes before departure. Failure to board on time will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund. Two reminders will be sent prior to departure.

Air conditioning may be disabled in hilly areas for safety reasons. The driver reserves the right to adjust or turn off the air conditioning based on road conditions and passenger safety.

GoforTour is not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, mechanical failures, weather conditions, political disruptions, or other external factors beyond its control.

Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during the tour for health and safety reasons. Travelers should ensure they are in good physical condition, as activities may include trekking and high-altitude camping.
